Grip socks are compulsory for Reformer Pilates — bring your own or buy a pair at the studio. Cancel or move a class up to 24 hours before it starts and the credit goes straight back to your account — inside 24 hours the class is used. Full terms.

    We cannot resell the space at that notice, so the credit or payment is not returned. You are welcome to send someone in your place — just tell us their name.

    The class is used. Three no-shows in a month and priority booking pauses for the next month.

Every booking sits in your account, so you never have to phone or message to change something. Sign in, choose the class, move it or cancel it — the countdown to the 24-hour deadline is shown on the booking itself, and the buttons stop working once it passes.

Cancelling in good time gives you the class back, not your money: onto your pass if that is how you paid, otherwise as a class credit on your account for the same kind of class. We do not send payments back to the card through the website - if you think there is a reason we should, give us a ring. Waitlist places are never charged until you take a space.
